This one was easy to make and a GREAT number one for the year. I ended up using mini chips and walnuts.
These blogs will essentially be my "recipe box" that I will share with you and retrieve for me later.

Chocolate Snowballs (Christmas Cookie Countdown 2017 #1)
This is my 5th annual Christmas Countdown tradition where I try to bake a cookie-a-day until Christmas (provided by Taste of Home). So far, I've been pretty successful, but not 100%. Some years it was timing, other years, I simply chose not make some of the selections. If it's too intricate then it doesn't happen. As much as I love to bake, I'm not very good at "pretty"; I'm better at "yummy". ;)

Chocolate Chip Zucchini Banana Bread
It's that time of year. Between the months of July-September, I post all the latest zucchini recipe finds that I can come up with. Even after all that, I still end up with a freezer full of shredded and chopped squash. We are blessed to have such a lush garden. This is a great twist on traditional banana bread and with the chocolate chips, you could probably get the kids to eat it.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dip
Need a go to for parties? This is a great quickie to "whip" up. I used mini vanilla wafers and animal cookies for the dip. When you use the stand mixer and whisk attachment on high, you can take the cream cheese right out of the fridge throw it in the bowl with the other ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) you'll have cookie dip in 2-3 minutes! So addicting--another dam in the clean eating river....;)

Wyoming Cowboy Cookies
I saw these on Facebook this week and knew I HAD to make them. I was right-they are superb, like a party I your mouth... Coconut, pecans, chocolate chips, oatmeal...Yum! I also liked that is made a larger batch. You're going to appreciate that when you serve it to your family.
