Pressure Cooker Lasagna
Time to catch up on blogs for the week....The temperature has been up in the 90's and our home doesn't have AC--yet. I think I'm now addicted to my electric pressure cooker because all the things I've made this week have taken 10 minutes or less. No heating up the house, no heavy consumption of electricity, amazing meals that can be ready very quickly. I have to admit on this one though, It took me longer to prepare than to cook. (mainly because I had to brown the meat, mix the cheese combo and put in the layers. It was definitely worth it! Delicious lasagna in the heat of summer-cool!
