Sheet Pan Series (butternut squash with avacado)

I've been told I need to start taking pics and blogging about my sheet pan dinners. Although every dinner is very similar, some this week have turned out strangely different and delicious.

"Feeling adventurous tonight...more chicken and steak, corn-on-the-cob, sweet potatoes & onions and butternut squash stuffed with avocado. Definitely will be leftovers since it's just the hubby and me tonight."

Always use parchment paper first, then I cover with aluminum foil and cook for 1-1.5 hours. Also, typically mix veggies and meat in a mixing bowl with olive oil and some type of seasoning.
